I had cause to purchase a portable PA system for our local Chamber of Commerce. After trawling the internet
I found a number of providers. I selected three and made my inquiries online. I had just one response!
Roy Hilton from Merrylands Music clear and concise communication stated to me, I was dealing with a very real
person who knows his business. Once the order was placed, the great communication kept coming with clear timing.
Once the goods were ready and payment was received, Roy continued the great work to make pickup as easy as possible.
The whole process was easy. I am very passionate about customer service and when I get service from Merrylands Music which was beyond my expectation, I remain hopeful for the majority of Australian businesses. They just need to pull their head out of the sand and see what the market wants and add value to the process. It is easy!
